Apel pie Mini

Are you snack lover?  If yes... you must try this.... guarantee you will make another batch and your family will love it!

Ingredient:
apple filling materials:
-500 gr green apple ( or 4 medium apples).cut small cube/ chopped finely
-6 table spoon sugar
-1 tea spoon cinnamon
- 50 gr raisin
- 1/2 glass of water

mix and cook at low-medium heat all ingredients above until apple get soft and thickened.

pie shell material:
165 g Flour
1 egg yolk
40 g  sugar powder
70 g Margarine

Method:
1 mix together ingredients, stirring with a pastry knife until the flour looks grained beads. Rest for 15 minutes and lid with the plastic.
2. Roll the dough within 1/2 cm thick, and lied on the pie molding.
3. Put filling of apple mixture inside the "pie cup"
4. cover the top with the dough, make it like basket (in picture) brush with egg yolk
5. Oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

BAHASA INDONESIA


Bahan untuk isian apel:

- 500 gr aple hijau (atau 4 apel ukuran medium). Kupas dan potong dadu kecil-kecil.
- 6 sdm gula pasir
- 1 sdt kayu manis bubuk
- 50 gr kismis
- 1/2 gelas air
Campur dan masak semua bahan isian sampai apel lunak dan kental.

Bahan Kulit pie:
165 gr trigu
1 kuning telur
40 gr gula halus
70 gr Margarine
Cara membuat:
1. campur jadi satu bahan kulit, aduk dengan pisau pastry (atau manual) sampai tepung tampak berbutir-butir (saya gunakan cara manual/ handy saja). Istirahatkan selama 15 menit dengan di tutup plastik.

2. Gilas adonan kulit setebal 1/2 cm, lapiskan pada cetakan pie.
3. Beri isi adonan apel
4. tutup bagian atas dengan adonan kulit, bikin menyerupai keranjang (seperti gambar). oles permukaannya  dengan kuning telur
5. Oven selama 15 menit.atau sampai kuning kecoklatan.
